Which Payment Methods Are Accepted?

Online shopping orders can be paid with MASTERCARD, PC Financial Mastercard Money Account and VISA. VISA debit cards are also accepted in most stores.

PC Optimum points can be used to pay for products when you pick them up at most stores. Sorry, MASTERCARD debit cards are not accepted for online payments.

How Do I Change My Order?

You can edit your Order until midnight the day before the scheduled pickup date.

Is There Any Fee If I Cancel My Order?

You can modify or cancel your subscription up to the deadline. A cancellation fee may be charged if the Order is changed or cancelled after the deadline.

Do I Need To Register To Place An Order?

You need to register for an account to place an order with PC Express. This allows us to offer you an entirely personalised shopping experience. You can browse without creating an account.

How Do I Set Substitution Preferences?

Under “Check Cart Contents”, you can set a “Yes” or “No” preference for an alternative product for each item.

You can also leave additional instructions for alternative products in the “Instructions on receipt” section. The personal shopper will select an alternative product according to the preferences set by the customer.

Is There A Minimum Order Value When You Place An Order?

Our service is available for orders over $30. If you cannot place an order, please confirm that you have reached the minimum order value.

What is your return policy?

Return with original receipt: Goods with original labels and packaging may be returned for exchange or refund within 14 days after purchase. A business is only possible after 14 days.

Be sure to bring the credit card used for the online purchase and a valid photo ID. The money will be refunded in the same form as the original payment.

We will gladly offer an exchange with the original receipt after 14 days from the date of purchase. Return without an original receipt: If you cannot find the ticket, provide a photo ID, and we will be happy to offer an exchange with the original stamp in the packaging.

We will gladly send you the original receipt with a free replacement. If you are not completely satisfied with the quality of your Joe Fresh Apparel or President’s Choice® or No Name® food product, return it with the original receipt or packaging for a refund or exchange.

You can return or exchange Joe Fresh apparel purchased from a Joe Fresh department or customer service within 30 days, along with the original price tag and receipt.

Electronics: Software, CDs, DVDs and video games can only be returned or replaced if sealed in the original packaging. If the product is opened and defective, an exchange for the same product will be offered. All sales of electronic products are final after 30 days.

All sales are final: Gift cards, phone cards, event tickets, books, newspapers, magazines, piercing earrings, hats, underwear, loose sheets or pillows, prescription drugs, tobacco, raffles and seasonal event items.

Do I Need To Save A Credit Card On My Account To Place An Order?

You can browse and add items to your shopping cart without adding a credit card. When you are ready to place an order, you will be asked for a credit card to guarantee payment.

The credit card is automatically saved in your profile and can be used for future purchases. After processing your Order, you can delete your credit card without affecting completed orders by navigating to Payments in your profile.

Why Is The Amount On My Credit Card Different From My Receipt?

Before collection, the chosen payment method will be pre-authorised up to 125% of the order total to allow for the renewal of your Order. Please note that this is not a fee, just a hold.

If you view your credit card charge online up to 5 days after picking up your Order, you will see a pending charge until the final account appears. If you are still waiting to see the final bill after five days, contact Customer Service.

I Just Placed An Order. How Do I Pick It Up?

Once you have completed the payment process, your PC Express personal shopper will start preparing your Order.

You will receive an email or SMS notifying you of any changes to your Order while it is being designed.

Come to the PC Express pickup location anytime during your chosen time slot to pick up your Order. Were you running late? Contact our customer service, and we will be happy to assist you.

Can I Redeem PC Optimum Points To Pay For My Order?

Yes. Add a note to your Order at the checkout that you would like to redeem PC Optimum points with your purchase.

When you arrive, please remind a store associate and have your card or device ready. 

When Is The Total Amount Of My Order Charged To My Credit Card?

When the Order is prepared, the selected payment method will be authorised up to 125% of the order total to allow changes to the Order. This payment method will be invoiced once the Order has been collected.

How Will My Temperature-Controlled Items Be Stored After My Order Is Prepared For Pick Up?

Our PC Express collection stations have refrigerators, freezers and hot cupboards. PC Express stations and neighbourhood collection points use refrigerated lockers, vans and containers.

All temperature-controlled items will be stored in the appropriate areas following food safety guidelines.

How Can I Cancel My Order?

To cancel an order, log in to your account, open your shopping cart and click Cancel Order from the Summary section. If your order has expired or you need assistance, don’t hesitate to contact customer service.
