How do I see the PC Optimum points earned from my PC Optimum Insiders subscription?
The PC Optimum points you earn will appear in your loyalty transaction list in the PC Optimum app and on pcoptimum.ca on a separate line identified as “PC Optimum Insiders points.
You can view all your PC Optimum Insiders subscription redemptions and your profile details by logging into your account at pcoptimum.ca/insiders using your PC ID (the same credentials you use to log into your PC Optimum account).

Where and how can it be redeemed?
Shoppers Drug Mart and Loblaws-affiliated grocery shops (including No Frills, Real Canadian Superstore, Value-mart, Zehrs, The Independent Grocer, Fortinos and Wholesale Club).
Redeemable at Loblaws or Shoppers Drug Mart shops in increments of 10,000 points ($10 value) at any one time, up to a maximum of 500,000 points.
Redeem points for discounted petrol (up to 40 gallons) or a free car wash at Esso and Mobil petrol stations.
How to win?
PC Optimum Loyalty Card: 1.5% at Shoppers Drug Mart, 1% at Esso/Mobile.
PC Financial Mastercards: 3% at Loblaws-banner shops and Esso/Mobil, 1% at all other shops.

I have been writing about one of your employees, but I can’t find where to fill out the form for the cashier to receive 10,000 points. I have been trying to find this for a couple of months and still can’t. The employee that I think should definitely win the 10,000 points is a cashier named Darlina, she’s excellent, she does little things that mean a lot, she’s always friendly, she’ll always have a new joke to tell, she is just a great lady, and you’re lucky to have her. It’s an excellent idea to show appreciation for our top employees. She’s a hard worker, always there to help. Thank you, Sherry mood. I was one of your loyal customers until I watched what went on since covid and the pandemic; my opinion changed 99 per cent and not in a good way, so S/Store, for me being such a loyal customer until you started price gouging, now I do the bulk of my shopping somewhere else. Still, you only have your greed to blame. I feel sad for you doing that to your loyal customers, but that’s what all of you did; it’s not good. But please give Darlina something to show your appreciation for a perfect employee.
